Hotel Armin, on main street, has a restaurant (Grillstube) that can be used by non residents. Excellent food, would recommend booking

I stayed at the Hotel Armin some years ago, and would second the comment about excellent food in the Grillstube.

We are staying at the Armin next week, and can completely agree that the food is excellent.
We had friends stay at the Salvan last week, and reports are very good

Me and a mate are staying at the Chalet Salven from the 24th. So that sounds good and will check out the the Armin too..

We just had a lovely week at the Hotel Tyrol near the nives drag (one street up from ice rink)
We were half board but the daily menu was lovely and priced from €60 to €70 each day so presume it was open to non residents
Salad buffet , antipasti, primi, secondi and dolce/cheese.
Couple of choices at each course.
They also have a fancier restaurant with tasting menus but we did not try it.
Never had one bad course.

I have found the Rino to be excellent, always busy so worth booking
