Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hi all,
Anyone got a better idea to the rubbish helmet goggle clip on the receptor bug?

Would these meet your needs? https://www.glideslide.co.uk/2267/products/goggle-grip-micro-white.aspx

I’ve just fitted them to the sides of my helmet to prevent the goggles slipping off when not in use. They can also be used to the rear of the helmet. A bit expensive for two pieces of plastic, but the 3m adhesive works well. In fact the adhesive needs 24 hours to fully cure.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

I've seen these , I was just afraid the strap coming out of the gap but saying that they have got to be better than the flimsy clip on the helmet at the moment.

They are designed for 1 1/2 inch wide straps. I can’t see the strap coming out when Google’s are on your face and it’s pulled tight. I’ve already decided that if the elastic clip on the back of my helmet breaks/snaps, I’ll replace it with a couple of Goggle Grips.

@Double j, Not had a problem with my Poc Fornix? Is it a different clip? My goggle strap has the rubber grips inside so maybe that's why they've been fine?

TBB I've never needed one.....

In all my years I've never logs goggles from slipping off, nor has the strap moved/slippied.

Doesn't your goggle strap have the sticky silicone strips to stop sliding?
