Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Looking for ski pants that are more fitted

Looking for a pair of ski pants that aren't so bulk or baggy, I suppose the ski pant equivalent of the skinny jean. Budget of £100.

Do they exist?

Possibly look at discounted Italian and French brands like Poivre Blanc or Hyra, from the likes of TK Maxx and Sport Pursuit.

Have a search for "retro" ski pants.
We all used to wear tight stretchy ski pants that had flare bottoms.

My partner just bought a pair from Poivre Blanc, they are quite fitted but not as tight as her last pair! Probably a good thing! They can be bought online through their website.

If you spend the first half of the season eating tartiflette and drinking Mutzig, then your ski-pants won't be baggy anymore.
Problem solved Smile

I just bought a nice pair of regular fit Brunotti ski pants, they are a stretch fabric so fairly snug fitting, a great technical trouser. A touch over your budget but some good sales on.

I took advantage of someone on eBay who had purchased a nice pair of Rossignol pants but who couldn't fit into them. New with tags and at least half the store price.

 You know it makes sense.

Burton and Volcom both do a tight ski pant, Google and preview the images. I have a set from both. they are rugged material very good quality, and not the annoying noisy Polyester type.

If you Want the skin tight you need to go back to the 1970's Shocked NehNeh

Thanks for all the recommendations!

I had a look online but couldn't see anything that was 1) affordable, 2) in stock 3) in my size.

So went out shopping today and picked up a paid of Salomon Strike pants from Cotswolds. While probably not a fitted as I would have liked, they are quite snug and they'll look good with my new Fischer jacket!

Thanks all!

Too late for the OP, but Burton's TWC are good and fit athletic people well. As stated Volcom and others also have product which should work. Sizing is modern though - so if you're "medium" then you need "small" etc.

Also too late for OP, but I have Decathlon softshell black ladies' ski-specific trous and they're a very nice tight but comfy stretch fit. Belt loops also. Not very expensive, given the retailer, but a good quality. I've worn same pair for many years and trips and also fair bit of snowdome use, and are still in excellent appearance and never got me damp no matter what the weather.
Like all ski-specific stuff they are "bootcut" Smile rather than utterly skinny. But they do come in 3 length options, and I have a sewing machine...
