Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Transfer from Denver to Colorado Ski Resorts - I can recommend a good guy

Hi

I have just returned form Colorado and rather than taking an Airport Shuttle I looked to see who was advertising on Craiglist and arranged a lift from there.

Jim, who is a retired Biker, for want of a better description, drove us to Breck, very safely, in an almost new SUV, and only charged $100, which is less than the cost of a shuttle, and much nicer/ quicker.

If anyone is heading over that way and needs a safe, reliable transfer I will send his contact details over to you. He has an issue with his shoulder which prevents him from lifting heavy bags into the boot/ ski rack, so you will have to do that bit yourself.

I got an Uber between Breck and Vail for $32 thanks to a $20 voucher that i found via Google, and got a lift off Jim from Vail to Denver for $100.

I know he is happy to drive people over to Aspen from DIA, as he told me he was there about 5 times dropping people off for the X games.

An Uber ride for the same journey would have been $200/ $210

That's good value - are you sure you don't have to coke mule for him?

There is also Bustang but that is a bit of a patchy service so far and involves getting into Union Station AIUI
