Hi all,
We're a group of 15 looking for 5 others so we can take advantage of the 20 person discount for the 3 Valleys pass. We're flying from Gatwick and staying in Meribel from 19/03/2017 to 26/03/2017.
Any advice on the matter is also very welcome.

I've often wondered about doing something similar. Do you know what discount you get for 20+ people? And do you have to order in advance, or can you buy them on the day?
I've always assumed that something like this explains why TOs are so keen to buy lift passes - they can buy at a discounted rate, and sell to customers at the standard rate.
You could always ask around on the transfer coach for a group in nearby accommodation - it could be amusing to offer passes at a cheaper rate than the rep.

Our TO is offering 6 day 3V passes at £237. Not sure how, but a no brainer as it's cheaper than in resort!

I've just requested that price from the Meribel offices. They've taken it down from the website, but when it was there I noticed it was a significant reduction. I'll post again when I've had a reply.

We get the tribu rate when we go away the chalet company gives us that

I'm sure I ran into some issues in Val Thorens when trying to split the payments across different cards...
I think they wanted a single payment transaction to qualify for the deal.
Might be worth checking.

@SkiG, I'm just waiting to hear back from the Meribel ski office about how much it'll be for 20 ski passes. It'll be well worth joining with our group (for the purchase at least). the problem I see us encountering is that we have to pay for the ski passes in one transaction which won't be a problem if we can do it on arrival, but if we have to preorder. That will involve some level of trust on your part ie sending the money to us (£1k-ish)to pay for the passes in advance.
Where are you from in the UK? I'm based in London. Staying with SkiTotal in Meribel flying from Gatwick at about 7am 19th March.

I guess so. Two of us wouldn't be able to get that though. First time I've seen a TO do something like that - every time we've been before it's been no more expensive to buy with them, but there haven't been any discounts on the standard price.

What level of discount?
Ski Club GB Beginner membership is £45.
