Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

I think it's just the springs - I'm firmly in the gold zone- but I'm not totally sure. Drop them a line on their website - they have a reputation for responding quickly, although they may say "no, you can't swap them but we'll sell you another pair..."🙂
I'm in the gold zone, as I say, but I'll be interested to see the difference this year having lost circa 12 kg (to a svelte 102kg...)since last year. I suspect that I will need to turn down the spring assistance.

Silver is for weight 55kg to 85kg, gold is 75kg +.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Contacted mojo & they replied very quickly to advise that the frame is the same so swapping springs could change a system from silver to gold. Martin from mojo did say though, that it really isn't a diy job but that I could send it in & have them do it for me. Very kind I thought but unnecessary, I'm happy with the silver just thought I could loan if to a friend if we could make it gold. (They also do a blue version for under 55kg). Well done on the weight loss @ @Jiggs62, you'll be pinging across the slopes if you don't turn down the springs!
