Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Yeah, they're bundling it with ski hire to get the discount, which is okay if you don't take your own gear.

We've get seriously p****d off with Crystal's offers, to the extent that we are considering no longer using them. When you want to book an inclusive package for ~50 skiers, you tend to have to book very early to get the places. But when Crystal *later* introduce their offers they say these don't apply to existing bookings. Well sorry Crystal, but in future negotiations with you we will make as a condition of booking that any future offers *will* apply to us. If you don't accept this, then sorry but the €50,000 we would be spending will you go elsewhere.

@RobW, maybe unfair but aren't offers supposed to attract people who are considering things, rather than those who are dead keen (or need) to book early.

for 50 are you not already heavily discounted? Big group like that should have some leverage... I don't look if I book early ignorance is bliss, done 3x DIY this year rather than using crystal same price but more relaxed and better accom

@Levi215, Yes they give us a bit of a discount (free places) but not really as much as you'd imagine - the half-price lift offer is worth much more and if we'd left it to now we'd still get the free places.

@RobW, £5,000 give or take on a 2-1 offer, assuming £1000 p/p for the package equating to 10% discount?

I appreciate you're after the best of best deals, but if you got 5 free places that's already a 10% discount making it 20% including both which is an ask really... probably Crystal making nothing on the accom at those figures potentially even losing on accom. I'm sure DIY would be cheaper for you if price is a focus.
