Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Boot bag that also holds your clothes help

Afternoon all!

While I was skiingthis year, some people in the chalet said they had a bag that had a section each end for a ski boot and they put all thier clothes in the middle bit.

They did tell me the brand, but I have forgotten Embarassed

Does anyone know where I can find such a thing? What I am after is 1 bag that does all. I know I could just buy a giant bag, but I dont really want anything too massive.

Thanks all

Why don't you buy a bag exactly the size you want, then put your boots in a poly bag, one each end? Almost certainly cheaper than something with expensive ski branding. Doesn't need to be massive. I can get my boots and stuff for a week in a ladies' size rucksack.

I just put mine in poly bags in my case. Not a problem Happy

@Philip1972, Look at Da Kine split roller size M, just lay boots in the bottom and pack around them, helmet in one of the zipped upper sections packed with goggles and pack around with padded mid layer. ..........seems to work wink

I had a couple of those bags back in the 80's. One was Rossignol branded the other Salomon. There was one for sale on here a while back. Jolly good they were too.

I've got this - http://www.salomon.com/uk/product/container-100.html - in effect it has a waterproof insert that you put your boots in. Works well for all sorts of travel not just skiing. Last week in Sharm el Sheikh the insert had training shoes, sandals and flip-flops in it!

boots go ying/yang in a seperate compartment in the base, gear in the mid size duffle above. I have something similar from Lange which I've used for years.

I think most ski brands do them. I have seen Head and Rossie bags with pockets for boots on the side.

We generally get the ones where the boots attach to outside:

 snowHeads are a friendly bunch.

I have had one exactly as the original poster describes for several seasons. It's a Snow and Rock own brand. Hardwearing and easy to pull along on its own wheels.
