Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

@Libertine, no expert, but I think you'd need to go to Italy.

Yes its banned in france, but it is common to be picked up in france and dropped in Italy or Switzerland. Looking for the best deal, we have cars so can travel if needed

@Libertine, not from anywhere local.

AFAIK, you're looking at heading either to Valais or Aoste. Although, one of the ESFs is advertising it as a possibility on local radio.

Bear in mind as well that it's typically nothing like the typical Canadian Rockies experience! It's just randonnee without the uphill.

@bobhitch, thanks, was hoping for a little keener pricing for a group of 6/8. hmmmm

@Libertine, I thought "that's pricey". Presumably partly because you've got a BASS pax along for the ride. But looking elsewhere, maybe not.

Your group size is limited to 4 or 5 as the guide can only take so many and the helo only has so many seats.

Kinda spam and I don't know if the country filtering will work with the link, but there are quite a few options here:

Drop Rob Jarvis of high mountain guides an e-mail, I'm sure he could sort something out for you .
I have skied with him several times and he is a great guy to spend a day with in the mountains.
The drive to meet up in Chamonix is only an hour from Morzine - easily doable for a day trip.
