Poster: A snowHead

We're skiing in St Anton over Christmas and are hoping to treat ourselves to a new pair of ski boots - does anybody know a decent ski boot shop in St Anton?

Jennewein near the Galzigbahn station. Ask for Jeffrey.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

ok thanks, would you all recommend buying in St Anton rather than in UK say at Snow & Rock? Bearing in mind the inconvenience of buying boots whilst on holiday?

Might be best buying in UK as long as you get a decent fitter? That way you can go back to shop with issues??? CEM on here is the resident expert bootfitter

+1 for Jeffrey at Jennwein, buy in resort not UK is my advice, they'll tweak 'em as you ski, call in every night and get micro adjustments, best way IME. Amazing choice too, thos guys know boots. Nothing wrong with the UK guys for fitting btw but I'm a firm believer in getting it done in resort if possible so you can get sorted there and then if any issues.

And love to help out and answer questions and of course, read each other's snow reports.

Another vote for Jurgen. Roland, at the main store, also knows his stuff.
