OK, everyone has been emailed. The top 15 have also been PM'd.
Amazingly, only 5 of the winners supplied a phone number. I'll send a text to those during daylight hours and then we just wait to see who responds and who doesn't.
Remember, we've seen even the first or second out of the hat not claim their prizes in the past
