Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Help/Advice on Fernie

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
We are going Canadian skiing for the first time this Christmas, to the resort of Fernie, and I've been browsing the internet trying to find out the cost of a 10 day lift pass. I can get a price for a 1 day or season pass, but that's it - does anyone know if this resort has only day passes?? I would be surprised, but I don't have any up to date info. I can get an online quote for a 10 day discounted ski pass for Fernie from www.worldski.co.uk but I have no idea if a) the price quoted is competitive or b) if this is a reliable company. Has anyone used them before? Can anyone tell me about Fernie ski passes? Any advice is gratefully received...as is any advice or comment regarding the resort itself. Thanks
Mike

If you drop them a line they'll let you know rates for multiday-passes

This site:

Worldski is fine in my experience to deal with. Just hope the Griz works for you.

Thanks for this, the kind people of Fernie replied with a breakdown of prices. Seems like I buy 8 days skiing and get two free on a multi day pass which is valid for up to 13 days. It all seems a bit different to what I'm used to in european resorts. I'm told the Griz started work early this year, I'm hoping he doesn't take an early Christrmas break.
Thanks
