Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 34,000 snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?
I bought my current Scott Missions new through Amazon at a very reduced rate, and Sail and Ski fitted Marker Baron bindings for me at their shop. They seemed fine.

I got a very good price on some K2s I bought for my daughter . They were helpful on the 'phone when I rang to check re sizing and DIN settings and delivery was prompt . I would certainly use them again.

You'll need to Register first of course.
Had a jacket from them in their end of season sale a few years back - all arrived promptly but unfortunately was dirty, ie. the new jacket looked used.

Rang them up, nothing was too much trouble, collection of the offending article was arranged by them, and as it was meant to be a present, they gave me the same discount on a brand new jacket from the new season just coming in.

Very good customer service and prices not too bad either.

Just bought Scott Omak pants from their website. Actually bought 3 pairs of different styles as I wasn't sure which to have. 2 pair I ruled out. The Omak were priced at £75 on the website after a 50% reduction. The price ticket on the the pair I received said they were for sale at £67.50.

Took all 3 pairs back to the Chester shop on Saturday as I could return them there for refund and save P&P for the return charge. The guy in the shop (manager?) refunded the cost of all 3 pairs and then resold me the Omak pants at the lower price shown on the tag. No bother, no questions asked, very helpful.

I've used them on 2 separate occasions via their website for gloves and goggles. Both arrived promptly with no problems.
