I see there is an option for Glacier 3000 at an extra CHF 200. Any thoughts on whether this would be a good option to take as there is very little information on it? Although i expect i will use that money towards the parking charges! Thanks. Pete
Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person

@BoardieK, Great information. Time for me to look at the map in more detail! Thanks. Pete :D
Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name.

Hi ise Thanks for posting as i hadn't heard of Magic pass before. Hi BoardieK I will be doing my first motorhome season next winter. What were parking and facilities like around the magic pass resorts? It sounds just what i need and a fantastic price. Pete
Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

Trips do seem to be more expensive this year. I tried for a trip mid-January but even at 16:30 Saturday to leave Sunday they were still adding a hefty single supplement!

I hope this is the right place for a post like this. I’m a 58 year old male skier looking for someone to share a last minute cheap ski trip leaving this weekend or next as my usual ski buddies cannot now go. Nothing yet booked. I ski fast on piste of any colour, enjoy blacks and small moguls and am improving off piste. I certainly enjoy a beer but prefer an early night to hit the early lifts to hitting the après ski hard. Single prices are hard to find and far more expensive than for two sharing hence looking for a buddy. Airports in order of preference are Southampton, Gatwick, Stansted then others close to central South Coast. I usually go for the simple fly down package but very happy to drive, particularly if more of us, and have all my own skis and gear. Any resort with reasonable snow is fine but prefer bigger areas. I have skied a lot of France but only St Anton in Austria and would be happy to explore different areas. Is anyone else looking for a last minute trip for either this weekend or next and fancies keeping the price down?
Well, it's only polite to Register

My kids first trip was Christmas in Andorra. They loved it and now my daughter is doing a season with Ski Magic in La Tania. My son and I are going to visit her in January. The main requirement is to just make it as much fun as you can.
Then you'll get to see more forums.

Hi All Flights are booked to Srinagar for January but I can't find transits to and from Gulmarg. Also do you have any advice about accommodation from people who have been there before please. I'm looking for budget or mid range hotel with food for 2 (twin beds) or a self catered apartment. Thanks in advance. Pete
